Question How long will the order fulfillment take?
AnswerThe order fulfillment time depends on the choice of the shipping method. We will send the product within a maximum of 4 business days. If you choose a dpd courier, a fedex courier, the time of reaching the addressee is usually 1 business day after the day of sending, while when choosing the courier by Polish post office 48 hours, the time of reaching the addressee is usually 2 business days. The time is counted from the moment of receiving the transfer for the purchase. After the order has shipped, we will inform you by e-mail.

AnswerThe customer can exchange products. In this case, download the exchange form and send it to email@example.com. The price of a new product cannot be lower than the price of the ordered product.

The customer may make a complaint about the product in the case of mechanical damage caused during transport or non-compliance of the contents of the shipment with the order.
